Doing all the right things...not seeing results
Ok Community...I need your help...I am on day 15 of my plan and MyFitnessPal has suggested my target calories per day is between 1500-1650 per day. I have been sticking to 1250-1400 and not exceeding carbs (45 per meal), protein, fats etc. In other words staying within plan. I walk approx. 3 miles each day and log approx…
