(Morning) AM workouts. What energizes you? (TELL ME YOUR SECRET)
Woke up at 5:30am to get ready for my morning run. Its so hard, sleep is so great but morning workouts are a MUST for me. I work full-time at a restaurant 10am-5pm everyday and go to my C.N.A night classes which are 6pm-9pm. While i do get enough sleep (7 hrs) , i find it so hard to get energy early in the morning. I want to lose 100+lbs. My heaviest was 270, I got down to 257.8 then i went off track and gained to 264. Got my motivation up and running, and I'm back at 257.
