Intermittent fasting?
Have you tried it? Does it work? I'm not usually one to eat breakfast anyway but I'm going to try to fast for longer in the day to around 12 or 1 and stop eating around 8pm. I'll get all my calories in around that window. So the thinking around it is I'll burn my stored fat during the day and while I sleep.

Lost 35lbs
Hi I'm new to mfp but I already lost 35lbs on my own without tracking my calories. Now instead of being in the dark about what I'm doing I decided to try this app out. I been doing it for about 2 weeks now and love it. Add me please I'm not sure how and have no friends lol
