Im new to all this...
I began fast walk a week ago for an hour 7 days a week, also with my 1300 calorie diet plan. Im 31 yrs old 5'1 tall. I decided to love life and to get off the depression i was living in. Im currently at 177lbs. I am taking advices from anyone. I want to lose weight, gain my confidence, and be a happy gal. Please anyone lmk…
