Aussie Newbie :-)
Hi all, I am 39, and i have about 26-30 kgs to loose . Baby weight that should of went a couple of years ago, but sadly just grew. Even though this is my 4th week into my weight loss journey, i am completly new to MFP and trackers etc. Looking for any tips, support , motovation ( and a kick in the bottom if need be). Also…
