IBD. J-Pouch or struggling through disease.
Anyone on here with a J-Pouch, Ulcerative Colitis, or Crohns. I have a j-pouch and struggle to gain weight and muscle mass after regaining what I lost during surgery and illness. Hoping to find some help. I've been exercising for years before and was previously successful in both prior to illness.
