It's the sugar - not the foods that I am eating that is to blame for the weight gain. In fact, I don't eat enough. (And I don't think I could ever eat more meals to get the daily recommended nutrients.) Also, I very rarely feel hungry, I get lightheaded instead. Anyone else have this issue? What did you do?
Target: Lose 30 pounds this time. It is not hella hot out so I can go outside and walk. Anyone out there who is on their last 30 to loose?
