Well not quite - been on and off for a few years but more serious about it now. Goal is to lose 20kg and develop a healthier lifestyle and better habits! Trying out keto cos it helped my brother a lot to lose weight and keep it off but also want to start exercising regularly and such. Wish me luck and motivation! :) xx
