Plateau...
After 50lbs lost, I've plateaued. I've tried changing my calorie intake, but, that hasn't helped. Any more ideas on what I can do?

Help! Sorry men...it's almost my time of the month, and all I want to eat is brownies, ice cream, or cake! What can I do to curve these cravings? Each month, I end up killing my daily goals because I give in to the desserts. Please respond with helpful recipes or substitutions.

Coffee creamer spikes!!
I am doing really well eating healthy (for the most part), and exercising consistently. My one down fall everyday is the creamer I use in my coffee. How do I create the same sweet taste without all the sugar, calories, and carbs? Please help!!
