Hi!
I'm new here. Started about 2 weeks ago, was down about 2 lbs and then went on vacation. Came back with the 2 I lost plus one, but I'm back at it. I'm trying to lose 10-12 lbs. That used to be easy to do but now in my mid 40's it's a bit harder to do. My problem is snacking between meals and being consistent with exercise.
