1700 calorie Diet & 1000-1400 a day exercise.
I'm on a 1700 calorie diet to try to achieve a 2 lbs weight loss goal per weak (losing 28lbs) 228to 200. I am also running/walking 5 miles a day or riding 15-20 miles a day on the bike. Been doing this for 2 weeks and lost a lot of weight quick (currently 217) but believe most is water weight. My question, Is this a safe?…
