Gastric sleeve high protein gluten free recipes?
Hey, I'm 3 months post op and am struggling to find new recipe ideas. I seem to have gained a huge intolerance to gluten since the op too. Can anyone suggest some high protein / low cal / gluten free meals I could try? Lilli - UK
