I have been trying since september 1 to lose weight and I just keep adding it on. I am the heaviest I have ever been. I watched what I was eating and logging it. I try walking around the block and on my treadmill, I get a couple of good nights and then give up. I am a teacher and mom, I am so tired from school each day…
feel defeated this week. I worked out, ate pretty good. I really wanted to lose those few pounds. anyone else having this struggle?
