Calorie adjustment for breastfeeding ?
Hi all. I am 42 and looking to build muscle and drastically cut fat. I was told to stick to 1600 calories at 45c, 25f, 30p. I forgot to mention that I am still breastfeeding a toddler at LEAST 5x per day. Should I adjust that calorie count if I interend to build muscle? Thank you in advance for any tips, advice or ideas.
