Recomp on a moderate ketogenic diet - any thoughts?

Any Highland Throwers?
I'm interested in building strength and trying my hand at the Scottish throwing events (stone put, caber toss, hammer throw, etc., lightweight class (< 190 lbs) at first). Anyone in the MFP world that does this, or has a similar goal?? I'd love to add you as a friend.

Skip workout or push through soreness?
After what felt like a really good lower body workout with the 35 lb kettle bell, it has been two days and I am quite sore (walking up stairs is tough).
