2400 calorie 150 g protein 270 g carb 80 g fat meal plan?
Im trying to make a meall plan of 2400 calories but im not sure how to make it work so that i get 150 grams of protein, 270 g carbs, and 80 grams fat. Can someone maybe help me with this and if possible base the meal plan off of something i can do easily and get everything i need from like tom thumb or walmart not…
