How is everyone staying on track? Keeping within calories when there are so many distractions. Such as u are the only one trying to lose weight, going out to eat, and summer parties? I need some suggestions!
Hi I am new to MFP. I was using weight watchers but after they developed there newest program I started gaining and never feeling full. So here I am on a new path.
