Giving up alcohol
I've made the decision to give up - I want to cut the empty calories and bad food choices that a drink leads to, not to mention the hangovers! Has anyone else done this successfully? Any tips to avoid peer pressure or temptation to slip back into old habits?

Exercising with an ankle/foot injury
Hi all, I had a fall a week and a half ago and tore ligaments in my ankle/foot. Does anyone have any tips on what exercise I can do during recovery? I hate that progress towards my fitness goals has halted! Thanks!

Second attempt!
Hi everyone, I'm not new to MFP but I am determined to use it properly going forward! My weight has been creeping gradually upwards over the last 18 months and I'm desperate to reverse that trend. Hopefully we can all get there together :)
