Hi, I'm new to the forum. My fitness goal is to get in the best shape of my life. Started a new fitness plan and diet yesterday and so far so good. Excited to make new friends and help others achieve their goals!
Started training with Djuan Means, owner of "Byanymeansfitness" yesterday. I weighed in at 196.6. Down already this morning to 195.2! Excited to embark on a new fitness journey; forging ahead to annihilating my fitness goals!
