Diffuse systemic sclerosis
Diagnosed dSSc a few months ago. Limited ability to exercise. Have a lot of muscle weakness and joint pain. Need to lose weight and improve nutrition. Any one know of this disease or similar? Any tips for losing weight with limited mobility? Already not eating much due to medications killing my appetite. Lost 4 kgs but…
