Broken Knee Cap Recovery
Howdy ya'll... I'm Anthony from San Antonio TX. I recently broke my knee cap while riding my mountain bike. I am going thru PT and the recovery process and was wondering if any of ya'll had any experiences with recovering from a knee injury. I want go get back into walking/running and riding my bike again.
