Hiya! So I've been tracking all my dietary intake on mfp and I regularly do hiit and go to the gym 3 times a week. I always ensure I do at least 30 mins cardiovascular followed by strength training (I literally feel exhausted after each session) however I'm not losing weight I'm just maintaining. I'm 5'8 and 11st. I had my second baby 8weeks ago. I went back to the gym when he was almost 5weeks old. I used mfp and was given a 1600 calorie intake and I do hiit and the gym 3 x weekly with no weight loss. Where am I going wrong?
