Feeling like I've gained weight!
I am 5ft 2 weigh 8st 6lbs I work out 6 days a week, mixture of weights and cardio and my clothes don't feel looser. I eat healthy pretty much all the time! I wore a dress and it felt tighter round the back and waist than last year! I do now have abs where as last year I didn't bit would that make a difference? And my legs…
