I've been dieting and using this app for about 2 weeks. Lost about 14 lbs. So far. A few things about me: Got about 80 more lbs. to lose. Never been below about 20% BF. I was the fat kid. Got down to 225 lbs 4 yrs. ago, but gained it all back plus 20 lbs. My goal is 10% BF @ 200 lbs. Gonna do it this time and keep it off.
