Joining with hopes this group is still active
Hello Everyone. I recently attended the two-day webinar on the BDS approach to weight loss and maintenance and am very enthusiastically working with the concepts and practices. I’m hoping this group is active as a mutual support group, so this post is to see if it is - September 4, 2020.
