Started today - Goal is to lose 5 pounds in 6 weeks.
I am trying a achieve a reasonable goal - to lose 5 pounds in 6 weeks, much of which is in my tummy area. I enter food and exercise and count calories till day 10 or 11 and then fall off the wagon. This time I really want to log for 6 weeks. I am posting if someone can be my pal and help me get thro 6 weeks. Thanks. Callie
