My Fitbit looks to be importing nicely but map my walk is not. I’m guessing that pulling in both would double track, but the workout of an hour walk and calories burned with MMW is not the same as what fitbit says calories burned. This is the first time I ever used MMW
Instead of making this in single serve portions, if I made a larger batch and kept in sealed ball jar in refrig 1) how long could I safely store it 2) would it have the same health benefits
