Counting macros
Hey y'all! Please help me! Trying to figure out if I can set goals on here for hitting certain amounts (grams)of protein, carbs and fats per meal. Is this even doable? Like if I wanted to have 33 carbs 14 proteins and 35 grams of fat (don't laugh I'm new at this and just throwing in numbers) hoe do I do that? Thanks in…
