I get up at 3 am because my husband leaves for work at that time. I've been working out on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes. However, when I'm done I'm tired from getting up so early and have been going back to bed for 1-2 hours. Does this hinder weight loss? What are your thoughts? Should I stay up?
Hello all. I know that we are supposed to get at least 64 oz of water a day. But my question is: Does iced tea (unsweetened) count toward the water intake? Or is it 64 oz of actual water? Any suggestions or comments are welcome!
