Lonely, scared and freaking out
Two and a half years ago I had gastric bypass surgery and of course weight was coming off. Now the last year I have gained about 30 pounds back. I never lost all the weight I wanted to start with and now I see the scale going the wrong way. I'm scared I went through it all for nothing of I don't get this under control.
