Long term goal vs shorter goals
Hi, I am new to the app and wonder how to best set up my weight goal. I am female, 165cm and my current weight is 125kg. At the end of the day I should lose 60kg. Should I enter 65kg as my goal (losing 0.5kg/week) Or should enter 115kg as my goal (also at 0.5kg/week). Then once I reach 115, I'd adjust the goal to 105kg and…
