Okay I have lost nearly 50lbs. I now have loose skin on my stomach. Does skin really tighten with exercise and if so what are the best exercises to tighten this skin? I have always found this area a challenge after 2 C-sections 25 years ago. Is this just a lost cause at my age? (46 this June)
New here just saying hello and good luck to everyone on reaching their goals. I have set a 16 - 20 lb. goal for myself. But Oct. - Dec. is the worst time for me. I love, love, love sweets! I need an accountability partner. Anyone??
