5'9 210 lb trying to lose 2lb a week but can only manage 2lb a month!
I'm trying to lose 10lb for my birthday in 2 months. Started at 210, now a month later st 208. My week habits are good I stay around my 1400 calorie goal but what should I do if I need to lose more.
