I would like to make some weightloss friends please. This is my 5th day logging food and it has been different. I know it takes time to loss anything and it doesn't happen overnight. I would like someone that is more of a night owl seeing as my day is from noon to about 4 or 5 am. My weightloss journey will be a trying one…
To start off... I wake up around noon, work from 3pm to midnight, and don't eat dinner til about 2 or 3am. My question is, would i put that in for the previous day or the current past midnight day?
