Fruit, veggies, soups- anything with a high water content is good. I’m going to see if I can share the chicken tortilla soup recipe I made last night but it’s from all recipes and if was GOOD if you want to search it.

How much fluid should you drink? A general rule to use is half of your body weight in ounces of fluid per day. In other words, if one weighs 150 pounds they need 75 ounces at least daily.
