Have to get in a workout, whether it’s 30 min walk or a 90 min kickboxing session, I HAVE to get it in or else I am extremely angry. Addicted to Endorphins I’m assuming, what is SOMETHING you have to get in once a day? PG-13 answers hopefully, which means thread getting locked in 24 hrs or less.
I usually sleep only 5-6 hours a night, anything more then that I actually feel WORSE throughout the day. I am being scheduled for a sleep study, yet I feel as if I am getting enough sleep... anyone else in that boat? Is it possible to actually dislike sleep?
