Stuck
I am 55, dropped 60 lbs since March of 2019. I am stuck. I have 15 lbs to go for my goal. I have cut back on calories, burn more calories during workouts and for the past 6 weeks +, I have wavered around the same weight give or take a lb or two. Do I start chopping off body parts??
