Hi guyz i am truing to loose weight and be an active person. I am trying to track my calories via mfp and exercise via pacer... at this point in time i am loosing around .5kg per week.... however i am too scared that i will put on the weight again .... how do i assure myself of the fear.....kindly help.......
How many calories does 30 min of yoga at home burns?? Also is surya namaskar alone more effective to burn calories for weight loss... please help... m confuzed....
