Did Keto before and lost 25lbs. Been a while since I was under 200lbs. Felt more energy and weekly headaches went away. Being a firefight in my 30s, I can not afford to get out of shape. Starting off with bacon diet. 2lbs of bacon a day. Starting off for 3 days, pushing for 5 days, aiming for a week. Then go back to meals.…
