İ wish my breakfast is a large pizza with Pepsi and ketchup, then my lunch is a kfc big combo meal!! :D then dinner is a chocolate cake,ice cream and maybe cinnamon roll :(
What should i do to get my goal done without choosing for example some food then discovering it's my goal in brotin but not in fats or carbohydrates .. And if it was my goal in fats so it's not in brotin. Can anybody help me to understand how to use the app the right way?
