MFP with couch to 5k
Been using this app keep an eye on my weight and diet I started couch to 5k 8 weeks ago and have lost 2st over I was 21st 11 now I’m 19st 3 this morning I have diabetes and sugars now below 7.0 all day and bp now ok / borderline was 176/102. Gone down to 133/80 126/66 which is loads better
