Hi all! New to this. Need a little bit of help
Hi, I’m currently 6ft, 17 stone 11. I’m looking to drop some fat but also bulk up and gain some muscle to but not to sure how to go about it. Before I started my diet was terrible now I’ve been trying to eat clean and not eat so much rubbish. I’ve been eaten a lot of protein and less fats I’m just looking for a little bit…
