I am new to this section, however not new to MFP. I started on Jan 6 of this year. Down 25 pounds. I am determined to reach 141 by Dec of 2019. There is a lot of encouragement here. Look forward to a smaller you and me. <3

Just For Today.......
Just for today I will be good to myself and stick to my plan as indicated. I'm currently set at having 1200 calories per day. I will log what I eat and drink. I will clean my house for exercise today. I will read the post that has been set before me.
