Got stalled and kind of gave up during covid and now im back at it. Looking for all the motivation and support I can find.
Are there any nutritionaly sound convenience meals that anyone can recomend? I know that preparing food myself is best, and I do, but every once in a while it would be great if there was something easy to grab.
