Gained 9.5 lb in 1.5 weeks!
I just started losing weight and feel so discouraged. Eating less than 2,000 calories a day, all vegan, no fizzy drinks, start weight 25 stone 7, now weigh 26 stone 2.5 lbs, a week and a half later. Feel like slashing my calories to 1,000 because obviously I'm just a big fat pig. Any advice on how to cut to that level…
