My GI doctor put me on a med that is causing me to hold onto water like crazy. What foods do y’all like to eat to drop the water? I’ve grabbed some asparagus and carrots and green tea but I’m looking for additional ideas. Also to the women who do weight training, how much sodium do you intake in a day?
Hi! Can someone explain how I can get my steps on my Apple Watch to add back calories on MFP? Also, is there a way to get the active calories burned to transfer into MFP as well? I used to have a Fitbit and it did all of this for me. Not sure how to do it with an Apple Watch. Thanks!
