Am I supposed to be hungry?
Hello everyone I’ve been doing Keto for 1 1/2 weeks so I’m still a newbie. I’ve lost 11 lbs in my first 9 days. I’ve set a limit of 20 g carbs per day & I'm struggling to stay at that limit.
