Net calories dangerous?
Mpf is suggesting I eat 1200 calories a day based the information I put into my diary settings. However, I tend to burn 200/300 calories during a workout. Plateauing for almost 2 months. Tips?
Hello all! Long story short, I have not lost weight in almost 2 months. I practice intermittent fasting, and I try to eat 1500 calories a day, although a lot of the time I struggle getting that high.
