I hope this is going on the correct thread. I have been off and on MFP for awhile. I'm 51yo and 280. I feel I am finally able to take control of my life. New place, new start. Do I want to lose weight? Yes. But I want to be healthier and live longer. Looking to make life long friends to help stay on track.
So excited to start this journey. Anyone have have good exercise experience with bad knees. I don't want this to be an excuse to be fat!
