Adjusting male / female on MFP for trans ppl
Hello! Right, I'm a trans woman who has been on HRT for 3-ish years. Now I put my sex as female in MFP on the basis that muscle loss / fat redistribution has obviously occurred and will have an effect, but I wondered how other trans people have dealt with this?
